1. The Service. The Service converts a photograph supplied by the user into a brick-mosaic design. Preview functionality is provided at no charge. Upon payment of a one-time fee of USD $15 per project, the Service delivers a digital “Build Kit” — instruction manual, counted parts list, frame design, and BrickLink wanted list — as downloadable files associated with the purchaser's account.

2. User content. You represent and warrant that you own, or hold all rights necessary to use, each image you upload. You retain all right, title, and interest in your images and grant Brick Mosaic Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process them solely to provide the Service. You bear sole responsibility for uploaded content and for any use of the resulting design.

3. Third-party parts. The Service supplies design files only and sells no physical goods. Parts referenced in a Build Kit are offered by independent third-party sellers, whose availability, pricing, shipping, and service are outside the Service's control and responsibility.

4. Acceptable use. You may not upload unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the Service. Accounts in violation may be suspended or terminated.

5. Disclaimer; limitation of liability. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BRICK MOSAIC STUDIO ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PROJECT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6. Intellectual property notices. Brick Mosaic Studio is an independent service, not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. BrickLink is a trademark of BrickLink, Inc., likewise unaffiliated. Gallery works derived from public-domain films — including Steamboat Willie (1928) — are presented as independent artworks; Brick Mosaic Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.

7. Amendments. These Terms may be amended from time to time; the effective date above identifies the current text. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms as amended.

1. Data collected. The Service collects and stores: account email address and authentication records; images uploaded by the user; files generated from those images; and transaction records. Payment processing is performed by Stripe; the Service neither receives nor stores card numbers.

2. Use of data. Personal data is processed solely to operate, provide, and secure the Service. Uploaded images are held in access-controlled storage, are accessible only to the owning account, and are processed exclusively to render the user's mosaic. Personal data is not sold and is not used for advertising. Where image-processing providers are engaged, images are transmitted solely for that processing, and such providers do not use them to train models.

3. Subprocessors. Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Upstash (rate limiting), Anthropic (optional image analysis). Each processes data only as necessary to provide the Service.

4. Cookies. The Service sets authentication session cookies only. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

5. Retention and deletion. Projects and associated files are retained while the account remains active so purchased files can be re-downloaded. Account and data deletion may be requested in writing to support@brickms.app.

1. Preview prior to purchase. A complete preview of the mosaic design is provided at no charge before any payment. The purchaser confirms the design by completing checkout.

2. All sales final. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON COMPLETION OF PAYMENT. No refunds are issued, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Exclusive remedy for delivery failure. If a technical failure attributable to the Service prevents the generation or delivery of Build Kit files, Brick Mosaic Studio will regenerate the files at no charge, provided the failure is reported to support@brickms.app within seven (7) days of purchase. Such regeneration is the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure of delivery.

4. Third-party purchases. Parts purchased from third-party sellers constitute separate transactions with those sellers and are excluded from this policy.

5. Billing inquiries. Charges appear on card statements as BRICK* MOSAIC STUDIO. Direct any billing inquiry to support@brickms.app before initiating a payment dispute.
